When in doubt add cheese...

Olivia's favorite condiment is cheese. If it has cheese on it, she will eat it. Not just any cheese though, the "gween one". What I had to do was give her her very own shaker, write her name on it, and just keep refilling it so that each time she uses it it has just enough cheese for dinner and then its "all gone!" The problem with this? She will forever think we are out of Parmesan cheese!

Easter

We traveled down south for Easter - southern Alberta that is - to Fort Macleod to Grandma and Papa's house. It was a fun weekend, Olivia had a great time playing with the different toys that Grandma has, playing the piano, making cookies, eating chocolate and cakes, I mean its heaven to a little girl to go to Grandma and Papa's house!

The weekend started off with our little bunny coming home with a chocolate sucker. They also made easter eggs, bunny ears and more chocolates were also in the goody bag!

Olivia helped mommy decorate the Easter cake, but mostly she ate jelly beans and m&m's and also enjoyed manhandling the peeps.

There was lots of time to play the piano and sing, I think we should watch for her in about 10 years on American Idol - she's got talent!

The Egg hunt was also a great success, just like Dora's, but there was no BIG yellow egg, just little ones and real ones which she thought were "sticky".
Finally off to church and she and daddy pose for a picture. At last the pictures were over and Olivia was beat...this is the I'm ready for a nap picture...

But wait, first a change of clothes and a second wind (because there's cake) and the youngest and the oldest ponder just which jelly bean to take first...what fun for Uncle Gordon to show her just how its done!(I have no idea why there are underlines in this, I can't figure out how to get rid of them! What is going on!!!)

Everyday Routines

Sometimes its rather difficult to get Olivia out of the door in the morning although she is very cheerful while having breakfast...
And other times she likes to hide under the table instead of getting dressed...
Once she is dressed then she has to watch the kids going to school outside the window while barking like Rascal.
What does Rascal think of it all? Well, he isn't too impressed if there isn't actually a dog out there to bark at.

(With that said I have been trying to post this for days now and have had trouble getting the pics on...ugh!? I will post Easter pics tomorrow!):)

Sunday Projects

It was another great weekend here, the weather was beautiful. We went to the zoo again on Saturday. It was great. There were lots of people out and some new exhibits too that Olivia thought were so fun.
Sunday we stayed home and baked some goodies, that Olivia helped me decorate...
The finished product was a treat for daycare, but the clean up Olivia left for me for some fun outside with Daddy!
